After completing your online reservation, you will receive an email from GreatCondoRental with a link to your Rental Agreement.
To receive your Door Code, you must:

Sign the Rental Agreement, and

Upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).
PARKING and Sterling Reef Resort Registration
Per Sterling Reef HOA policy, all guests must complete online vehicle registration before arrival.
This includes:

Registering your vehicle(s)

Paying the parking fee of $50 per vehicle (good for the entire stay)

A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per reservation
Registration and payment are completed directly on the HOA’s website (link will be provided).
Arrival Instructions
Detailed check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed to you three days before your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. No pets, No smoking. Minimum renters age - 25 y.o. ASK about possible exceptions for married couples, military, law enforcement, grad students, etc*. Please contact us for details. Max capacity is not more than 7 guests (regardless of age, i.e. including newborns, babies, toddlers, etc) Sterling Reef HOA requires all guests to complete Online Resort Registration and register their vehicle and pay for their parking ($50/vehicle per stay, 2 (two) vehicles maximum) directly at HOA website prior to arrival.Location
